It was a great beginning to her career which led to more part in films like Urban Legend and Cruel Intentions. American Pie - a cult flick about sexual encounters among teenagers was Reid's first big breakthrough in Hollywood. The role she played as Vicky the virgin gave her a beautiful face. The film did not lead to a huge, successful Hollywood career. Her career was plagued by several failures, including Josie and the Pussycats. The actress did have an appearance on the set of American Pie 2 for a few minutes, but this didn't help her decline in career. Reid is better known as a designer, partygoer and party-goer rather than as an actor because of the many off-screen mishaps she's had.
