Burns began her television career as a supporting character Peg in the Spanish-American teenage show Out of the Blue (1995-1996). Burns started her career as a model on television in 1995, where she played the role of Peg on the popular sitcom in Spanish that was called Out of The Blue. Brooke Elizabeth Burns has been an exercise model on TV as well as an actor for more than 10 years. Her most notable role is that of Jessie Owens of Baywatch. Her fame was boosted by Shallow Hal (2001), an action film that was commercially profitable.
