Aleesha is a pro female bodybuilder that has gained recognition in the past quarter of a decade. Aleesha Young was born the year 1984 in a sporting family. Her father took part in bodybuilding while her brothers and sisters were involved in sports such as hockey. Aleesha was a sports fan before including basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha's pro card was earned after she won NPC USA Championships. She started competing in 2008. In 2014, she competed in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro at which she ninth. Her finish was ninth for 2015. Aleesha qualified for her first IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in 2016 and 2015. Aleesha is consistently improving her performance since then has won her debut professional competition at the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after taking the Chicago Pro Championships. In 2020, the bodybuilder had her most impressive WOS rising-phoenix show when she placed 4th. However, "Worlds strongest mom" was forced to take a time off from bodybuilding due to health issues.
