Aleesha young has firmly made her mark in the competitive world of bodybuilding as one of the best women. Aleesha Young was born 1984 to a sporting family. The siblings of her played various games, like hockey and ice skating. Aleesha has played sports in the past including basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha was able to earn her professional certification after taking home her first NPC USA Championships 2014. Her first competition was in 2008. The following year, she competed in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. The finish she achieved was 9th for 2015. Aleesha qualified for her first IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in 2016 and 2015. Aleesha improved and eventually achieve her first professional win after she took home the Chicago Pro Championships. Aleesha's greatest performance came at WOS Rising Phoenix in the year 2020. She finished 4th, which was her best place. The "World's most powerful mom" was forced to stop bodybuilding for health-related motives.
