Aleesha Young established herself as the top female bodybuilder professional in the second half of 2010s. Aleesha was born into a sporting family back in 1984. The siblings of her played various athletics, including hockey and ice skating. Aleesha played softball, soccer, and basketball before she started bodybuilding at the age of fifteen. Aleesha was granted her professional card in 2014 after she won the NPC USA Championships. Her first competition was in 2008. In 2014, she competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and finished 9th. She held on to a 9th-place finish in 2015. Aleesha placed 6th in both of 2015 and 2016 during her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha's first professional show included her participation in the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. She was steadily getting better and had won her Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha put on the most impressive performance at the WOS Rising Phoenix competition, and placed 4th in 2020. However, the "World's strongest mom" was forced to take a break due to health issues.
