Aleesha has been able to establish herself as the best female professional bodybuilder during the latter part of the year. Aleesha Young was born 1984 to the family of sports. Her father worked as a bodybuilder her siblings also played activities like playing ice hockey. Aleesha is a multi-sport athlete like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha obtained her professional license in 2014 following her win at the NPC USA Championships. Her first competition was in 2008. In 2014, she participated in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. The finish she achieved was 9th in 2015. Aleesha finished 6th both of 2015 and 2016 at her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. After steadily improving, Aleesha won her first professional show in 2019 after she took home her first title at the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best WOS performance was in 2020. She placed in fourth place. However, the "World's toughest mom" had to rest due to her health.
