Aleesha young has firmly made her mark in the competitive world of bodybuilding as one of the best women. In 1984, Aleesha was born into a family of athletes. Her father, along with her siblings, played ice-hockey, but her father was into bodybuilding. Aleesha has played many sports like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha won her pro card when she won her first NPC USA Championships in 2014. Her first competition was in 2008. In 2014 she took part in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. Her final score for 2015 was 9th. Aleesha was 6th place in both of 2015 and 2016 during her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. As she continued to improve, Aleesha won her first pro-level show in the year 2019 when she won her first title at the Chicago Pro Championships. In the year 2020 the bodybuilder completed her best WOS rising-phoenix show as she was ranked fourth. In spite of this, "Worlds strongest mom" had a brief break from the sport due to health issues.
