Aleesha young has firmly established herself in the elite bodybuilding world as one of the best women. When she was born in 1984, Aleesha was born into an athlete's family. Her siblings and father were ice hockey players, while her father was into bodybuilding. Aleesha played other various sports like basketball, softball and soccer. Her bodybuilding journey began when she turned 15 years old. Aleesha was awarded her professional card for winning at the NPC USA Championships 2014 But she first started in the year 2008. In 2014 she took part in IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. Her finish was ninth in 2015. Aleesha finished 6th at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in 2015 and 2016. With steady improvement, Aleesha won her first pro-level show in the year 2019 when she won the Chicago Pro Championships. The best bodybuilder's performance in the WOS Rising Phoenix was in the year 2020, when she snagged the fourth position. The "World's strongest mom" has been taking a wellness break.
