Aleesha was able to make herself the top female bodybuilder in the later part of the year. Aleesha was a member of the largest family in which there were athletes. Her father, along with her siblings, played hockey on ice, however her dad was a bodybuilder. Aleesha played soccer, softball as well as basketball until she got into fitness at fifteen. Aleesha obtained her professional license in 2014 following her win at the NPC USA Championships. The first time she competed was 2008, but she has been competing since 2008. In 2014 she took part in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. In 2015, she maintained her ninth place. In 2015 and 2016, Aleesha was ranked sixth place at her final IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. The first time she competed professionally included the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. She was steadily getting better and was crowned winner after winning the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best WOS performance came in 2020. She finished in fourth place. But the "World's strong mom" needed to stop her training because of her health.
