Aleesha young has firmly established herself in the professional bodybuilding industry as one of the top women. Aleesha was born in 1984 to an athlete family. Her father took part in bodybuilding as did her siblings and brothers. were involved in sports such as hockey. Aleesha had played a variety of sports such as basketball, soccer, and softball before getting into bodybuilding, when she was about 15 years old. Aleesha was given her professional license after winning the NPC USA Championships 2014 Her first year of competition, it was in 2008. In 2014, she competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro at which she ninth. Her 2015 finish was 9th. Aleesha was 6th and 7th in 2015 and in 2016 at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha has steadily progressed and, in 2019, she brought home her first pro title: in the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best showing at WOS Rising Phoenix. WOS Rising Phoenix took place in 2020 when she held the fourth position. The "World's toughest mother" had to take a break because of her health.
