Aleesha Young established herself as a leading female bodybuilder professional in the second half of the decade. Aleesha was a member of an extended family of athletes. Her siblings also played sports, such as hockey and ice skating. Aleesha had played a variety of games like basketball, soccer, and softball before getting involved in bodybuilding at the age of was about 15 years old. Aleesha obtained her professional license after winning the NPC USA Championships in 2014. Her first competition began in 2008, however she began competing in the year 2008. In 2014 she took part in IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. She held on to her 9th-place finish for 2015. Aleesha was 6th place in both 2016 and 2015 during the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. With steady improvement, Aleesha won her first professional show in 2019 after she took home the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best showing in WOS Rising Phoenix. WOS Rising Phoenix was in 2020 when she held 4th position. However, "Worlds strongest mom" had a brief absence from her sport because of health concerns.
