Aleesha young has firmly made her mark in the competitive bodybuilding industry as one of the top females. When she was born in 1984, Aleesha was born to a family of athletes. Her siblings and father played ice-hockey, but her father was into bodybuilding. Aleesha was also a participant in various sports such as basketball, soccer, and softball before getting into bodybuilding, when she was 15 or so. Aleesha obtained her professional license after taking home her first NPC USA Championships 2014. But she first started in 2008. She was also a participant in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and finished 9th. In 2015 she maintained her ninth place result. Aleesha qualified for the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in the years 2015 and 2016. With steady improvement, Aleesha won her first pro-level show in the year 2019 winning her first title at the Chicago Pro Championships. The best bodybuilder's performance at WOS Rising Phoenix. WOS Rising Phoenix took place in the year 2020, when she snagged 4th position. The "World's strongest mother" took a break from bodybuilding due to medical reasons.
